The inflight entertainment didn't work and there was no interest in finding a fix. Cabin attendants seemed irritated at having to do their job. Sure they served us food which was bland and didn't taste at all fresh. I was able to sort this out on the telephone relatively easily but pretty stressful at the time. Unfortunately they forgot to rebook the Shanghai-Tokyo leg the following day.
